Below is important information to know, which involves aspects from before booking, after booking, the photoshoot, the editing process, and delivery of photos.

Before booking, please read the “Detailed Appointment Process” on the BOOKINGS page or the “Booking Process” on the ABOUT page. It lets you know to FIRST reach out to me thru my social media accounts (Found on the front page or the footer of gregvphotos.com or via email (gvillanueva@gregvphotos.com) or phone (815 556-2965) to plan before choosing a package to purchase for your shoot. Clients are to book at least 1-2 weeks in advance of the requested shoot date, otherwise Greg V Photos will not be able to honor the requested shoot date and time of the client. Clients are expected to be prompt and on-time to the shoot, as the photographer will be there before the booked time. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate for the client being late, and a $20 surcharge will be added to your booking, titled “Late Arrival Fee". Greg V Photos is also not responsible for potential damages, such as injury, illness, loss of digital files, and other outside party variables, that may negatively affect the client. The services provided are timed in-person photoshoot session, utilizing equipment deemed required by Greg V Photos, editing of the photos through photo editing software, a password-protected online photo gallery of the edited photos, with the password provided directly to the client after the photos are uploaded, and notifications and updates via phone or email communications.
booking
Payments can be done via cash, Zelle, CashApp, or through the scheduler within the BOOKINGS page (utilizes stripe platform). The client has a choice to pay either the initial non-refundable deposit (50% of the package chosen by the client) or the full amount of the package, to secure your date and time. Before I leave for the scheduled shoot date and time, you will be charged the full amount if you paid the initial deposit at the time of booking. If booking at a venue that requires payment to reserve the space to shoot photos, the fee will be either added to the billing, or be taken care of by the client.

cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellation of the services 72 hours past the time of making the appointment on the Bookings page, results in the initial deposit becoming the cancellation fee. If the session was paid in full, 50% will be returned to the client, with the remaining being the cancellation fee. Rescheduling of the shoot is free to do a week before the originally scheduled date and time. Any time closer to that, results in a $50 surcharge added to your booking, titled “Late Rescheduling Fee".
